CJ Turner Inc. is a service-connected disabled veteran-owned and operated small business established in 1996 by U.S. Army Retired Airborne Ranger Calvin J. Turner, MEd, CRC, CEAS.
Calvin J. Turner earned his master’s degree in Education from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with the highest honors. He founded CJ Turner Inc. to provide strategic, results-driven consulting focused on workforce performance, vocational alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
With over 25 years of experience, Calvin brings a unique combination of military leadership, academic excellence, and real-world consulting expertise. His work is defined by a practical, execution-focused approach that helps organizations and professionals make informed decisions and achieve measurable results.
